Nguyễn Mạnh Trúc is the Director of Carrier Business for Asia Pacific at China Mobile International, overseeing telecommunications operations across the region, including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea, but excluding Greater China. He is also the Managing Director for Vietnam, Laos, and Myanmar, driving business development and partnerships in these markets.

With close to 20 years of experience in international telecommunications, he has been with China Mobile International since 2013, holding senior roles in carrier relations and regional business expansion. Before that, he was Vice President of International Business at Hutchison Global Communications, managing strategic partnerships and global connectivity solutions.

Nguyễn Mạnh Trúc has extensive expertise in carrier business, international wholesale, and cross-border telecom operations, contributing to the growth of digital infrastructure and network services in the Asia Pacific region.
