Mr. Lương Gia Quốc Bảo is the Head of Product Development at FPT Telecom International, where he leads the design and deployment of cloud, AI, and digital infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers. With more than 18 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology sector, his career spans roles in network infrastructure, cloud computing, voice solutions, and customer experience innovation.

Since joining FPT Telecom in 2007, Bảo has held a range of senior roles, including Cloud Project Manager, Deputy Director of Business Development, and Head of Corporate Sales. He has been instrumental in launching FPT’s Cloud Connect services, working directly with major hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. His work focuses on enabling enterprise cloud adoption, optimizing connectivity, and expanding AI accessibility across industries.

Prior to his current tenure at FPT, he spent eight years at OPENNET in Cambodia, where he served as Director of Business Development, Marketing Manager, and Head of Corporate Broadband—supporting wholesale, ISP, and enterprise customers across the Asia-Pacific region.

Bảo holds dual bachelor’s degrees in International Relations from Hong Bang University and Computer Software Engineering from the National Institute of Information Technology. He is also an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and the founder of Cloud Hub, a platform promoting cloud and AI adoption in Southeast Asia.
