Jay Himanshu Johar is the Director of Client Services (EMEA & Americas) at Wireless Federation, a global research and consulting partner serving two-thirds of the world’s telecom operators across 150 countries. With over 20 years of experience, he has led projects for leading operators such as Vodafone, Orange, MTN, and Etisalat, specializing in customer value management, pricing, loyalty, and digital transformation.

Jay is also a Partner at Lloyds Ventures and an Ambassador for unconnected.org, driving initiatives to expand digital inclusion. Recognized as a Bloomberg Mentor of the Year and a BW 40 Under 40 Young Entrepreneur (2020), he combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise to help telecoms unlock new revenue streams.
