Asitha De Costa is an accomplished IT and telecom executive with over 19 years of experience across telecommunications, IT services, oil & gas, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, and finance. He currently serves as Division Chief Information Officer at Cellcard (CamGSM) and Chief Technical & Information Officer at Ezecom, leading digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives across both organizations in Cambodia.

His expertise spans BSS/OSS systems, software asset management, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, OpenStack), SDN/NFV, cybersecurity (ISO 27001), Dynamics 365, ERP implementation, business intelligence, and process automation.

Before joining Cellcard and Ezecom, Asitha held senior IT leadership roles at Crystal International and LAUGFS Holdings, driving strategic technology programs and project portfolios. He began his career in Sri Lanka, managing complex IT projects across multiple sectors.

Asitha holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Birmingham City University
