Alessandro de Iulio is the Managing Director of TI Sparkle Singapore, overseeing the company’s operations, sales, and business strategy in the Asia-Pacific region. With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he has extensive expertise in IP data services, voice and mobile solutions, and carrier relations.

Since joining TI Sparkle in 2009, Alessandro has held several leadership roles, including Sales Director for IP Data Services – Asia, Director of Voice and Mobile Services for Asia Pacific, and Carrier Manager for ASEAN countries. His work has focused on expanding Sparkle’s market presence, driving revenue growth, and strengthening partnerships with telecom operators across the region.

Prior to TI Sparkle, Alessandro worked as a Senior Consultant at Between S.p.A. and VoIP Product Manager at Elitel, where he specialized in VoIP, SIP, and next-generation telecommunications services.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing from Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli.
