NetAI addresses this challenge with a graph-based AI platform that models network topology, protocol dependencies, alarms, telemetry, configuration, syslogs, NetFlow, and active probe data to compute root cause, causal chains, correlations, and remediation guidance. Unlike LLM-heavy approaches that generate probabilistic explanations and require repeated prompting or validation, NetAI uses Graph Neural Network-based reasoning designed for deterministic operational decisions in production-critical networks. 

The company’s platform unifies observability, root-cause analysis, remediation, verification, and closed-loop automation into a single autonomous operations framework. NetAI’s initial beachhead is deterministic RCA, with a roadmap that expands into verified remediation and Level-5 autonomous network operations.
