NetAI Inc

Startup

NetAI is building the deterministic reasoning layer required for autonomous network operations. As telecom operators, internet service providers, managed service providers, enterprises, and system integrators move toward AI-led infrastructure operations, one critical gap remains: today’s observability and AIOps tools can collect alerts and correlate events, but they often cannot determine the true root cause of complex network failures with the precision required for safe automation.

NetAI addresses this challenge with a graph-based AI platform that models network topology, protocol dependencies, alarms, telemetry, configuration, syslogs, NetFlow, and active probe data to compute root cause, causal chains, correlations, and remediation guidance. Unlike LLM-heavy approaches that generate probabilistic explanations and require repeated prompting or validation, NetAI uses Graph Neural Network-based reasoning designed for deterministic operational decisions in production-critical networks.

The company’s platform unifies observability, root-cause analysis, remediation, verification, and closed-loop automation into a single autonomous operations framework. NetAI’s initial beachhead is deterministic RCA, with a roadmap that expands into verified remediation and Level-5 autonomous network operations. Its target markets include Tier-1 and Tier-2 operators, ISPs, MSPs, enterprises, and system integrators seeking to reduce MTTR, lower escalation volume, improve NOC productivity, and automate increasingly complex network environments.

NetAI founded by Dr. Deepak Kakadia, formerly Google, Verizon, 85 Patents, Author of 2 Technical Networking Books, CEO founder, will showcase how its causal graph and GNN reasoning engine compresses hundreds of network events into a single actionable root cause and remediation path in real time. The company has early production deployments with mobile operators and internet service providers, and its technology was selected by Google Cloud and MasOrange for a Level-5 autonomous networking demonstration at Mobile World Congress 2026. NetAI’s mission is to enable trusted, deterministic, and scalable autonomous network operations for the next generation of infrastructure.
