It is built by Erzy, a venture-backed startup holding Malaysia Digital (MD) status awarded by MDEC, with a US parent company, Erzy Inc. ErzyCall gives small and medium enterprises a 24/7 AI receptionist that answers every call, books appointments, captures leads, and integrates with the tools they already use. Beyond inbound answering, our Outreach Caller automates outbound campaigns, follow-ups, and appointment setting at scale. 

Our core market is the millions of SMEs across Malaysia and Southeast Asia that lose revenue every time a call goes unanswered, and we are now expanding internationally. At Telecoms World Asia 2026, we will be showcasing live ErzyCall AI voice agents handling real customer conversations, demonstrating how natural, human-like voice AI is reshaping the way businesses communicate.
