Piush Agarwal is a senior telecommunications professional with extensive experience in commercial strategy, international connectivity and submarine cable infrastructure. His career combines technical understanding, commercial expertise and strategic thinking developed through years of working in the global telecommunications industry.   A significant chapter of his career has been with Reliance Jio as Submarine Cable Investment Lead and Head of Global connectivity sourcing. He has helped build global connectivity and international strategic partnerships right from the initial pre-launch days of Reliance Jio . His work has involved evaluating and negotiating major submarine cable investments, capacity agreements and international connectivity initiatives, helping strengthen Jio's global network footprint and support India's rapidly growing digital requirements.   Piush has worked on connectivity initiatives spanning Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the USA, with particular focus on India's emergence as a major global digital hub. His professional philosophy is centred on building resilient, diverse and future-ready global networks, while balancing capacity requirements, geographical diversity, geopolitical risks and commercial sustainability.   Throughout his career, he has worked closely with network engineers, operators, investors, procurement teams, legal and finance professionals and senior executives across multiple markets. These experiences have reinforced his belief that successful infrastructure is ultimately built by people as much as technology.
