What are the dates and location of the Conference?

The event will be held on 23 - 24 September 2026 at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore at Level 1, Hall A & B

What are the opening hours of the event?

Subsea Security World Summit & Expo 2026 is open from 8:30am - 5:30pm on 23 - 24 September 2026.

Who can attend the event?

Subsea Security World Summit & Expo 2026 is a business-to-business (B2B) event for professionals, industry representatives, and invited guests. It’s not open to the general public.

How do I register to attend?

You can register online via our Registration Page. Early registration is recommended to secure your place.

Is there an entry fee?

Yes, this is a paid conference. Fees apply for conference delegate passes. Current ticket pricing can be found on the Registration Page.

When and where can I collect my badge?

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR Code. Please bring this email to the registration desk at Basement 2, Hall E Foyer to collect your badge on 23 - 24 September 2026. Registration and badge collection starts from 8:30am on both days and will close at 5:00pm (30minutes before the end of the event).

How do I get to the venue?

Sands Expo & Convention Centre is easily accessible by public transport, taxi, rideshare, or car. Visit the Venue page for more information.
You are encouraged to take public transportation to Sands Expo & Convention Centre if possible. Otherwise, carpooling is the way to go! Come together as a team and help to reduce carbon footprint (and parking stress too).

Is parking available?

Yes, paid parking is available at the venue. All event attendees can get a self-park coupon at the concession rate of $12.84+ upon showing their event badge at the L1 concierge counter from 8am to 6pm on 23 and 24 September. Are there hotels nearby?

Yes, there are several hotels within walking distance of Sands Expo & Convention Centre. Visit our Accommodation Page to view nearby options and access exclusive attendee rates.

On-site Services

Is Wi-Fi available at the exhibition?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout Sands Expo & Convention Centre. You can connect to the network “Marina Bay Sands”.

Are food and drinks available?

Yes, food and drinks are included with your pass package.

Are there storage facilities?

Yes, there is a bag deposit service within the exhibition hall.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

Absolutely. Sands Expo & Convention Centre is fully accessible. The venue is fully accessible and equipped with facilities for disabled guests. For more details, visit the Venue page.

Is there an event app?

How can I arrange meetings with exhibitors and other attendees?

How do I login to the networking app?

How do I collect leads within the event / networking app?

The scanning function within the Terrapinn Events App allows you to scan and store the contact in the app.

Conference & Sessions

Is there a conference program?

Yes, our conference features expert speakers and panel discussions. The full agenda is available on our Conference agenda  page.

Do I need to pre-register for sessions?

Some sessions such as masterclasses may require pre-registration. Please check the program  for more details.

Will presentations or recordings be available after the event?

No, sessions are not recorded. We encourage attendees to connect with speakers directly through the event app to request any materials or follow-up information.

Exhibitor-related Questions

I am an exhibitor. Where and when can I collect my exhibitor badge?

You can collect your badge at the Badge Collection counter at the Foyer of Hall B.
22 September 2026: 4pm to 7pm
23 & 24 September 2026: 8am to 5pm

I am an exhibitor. How can I register for a badge?

A unique link for exhibitor badge registration has been sent to your company representative via email. If you require further assistance, please contact Elain Tay at elain.tay@terrapinn.com

I am exhibiting at the event. Is there a storage space where I can store my items?

There is no storage space available onsite. You may arrange with our Official Freight Forwarder (DSV) to store your items at a fee. Please refer to Form 6 (Freight Forwarding Services) for more information.

I am exhibiting at the event. Do I need Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on setup days?

Covered shoes is required for all personnel entering the hall on 22 September 2026.

Can I bring catering into the hall?

No, Sands Expo & Convention Centre (SECC) Catering Department is the exclusive caterer for all patrons of the Centre and retain the exclusive rights for all food and beverage services therein.

Business casual is suitable for the conference and exhibition.

Can I bring a guest?

All attendees must be individually registered. If you would like to bring a colleague, friend, or guest, please ensure they purchase or complete their own registration via the Registration page.
