Adrian Moss is a seasoned professional in the global submarine cable telecommunications industry and currently serves as Head of Submarine Cable Investments at Reliance Jio. With more than 34 years of experience, Adrian has been instrumental in the development, deployment, and evolution of submarine cable systems across the Caribbean, South America, Africa, and South Asia. He began his career at BAe, a foundational engineering experience, before moving into project engineering and project management roles at BT Marine and C&W Marine. In 2000, he joined C&W Global Networks, where his work progressed from subsea cable program management to strategic subsea cable investments from 2003 onward. Throughout his career, Adrian has worked with many of the industry’s most influential figures, gaining a broad technical, commercial, and strategic expertise. For more than a decade at Reliance Jio, he has played a central role in advancing nearly US$1 billion of investment across major consortium systems such as BBG and AAE‑1, as well as private systems including IAX and IEX, helping to build the future‑proof subsea infrastructure underpinning Reliance Jio’s unprecedented growth and supporting connectivity for over 500 million consumers in India.
