Jessica Crawford, Director, VillageReach

Jessica Crawford leads the Global Technical Team at VillageReach, an organization dedicated to transforming health care delivery for everyone, where she has worked for the past 11 years. During that time, she has led the development and implementation of a portfolio of health system innovations that have resulted in improved immunization coverage rates in hard to reach areas of Mozambique and the Democratic Republic of Congo, improved access to health services and the quality of healthcare delivered at the community level in Malawi, and improved the productivity and effectiveness of healthcare workers across various countries. She currently leads VillageReach’s immunization portfolio with a focus on transforming supply chains for last mile delivery and improving information systems to enable end to end visibility of vaccines. Before joining VillageReach, Jess worked in Health Services Administration at the University of Washington specializing in quality improvement and previously served as a community health educator in Tanzania with the Peace Corps. Jess holds an MPH in Health Services and an MA in Policy Studies from the University of Washington.
