Currently VP Wireline Networks & Infrastructure in Orange Labs, Gilles has an engineering background and has graduated in both telecommunication and computer science. He has held different position at operations for Orange in France, and was head of the production & maintenance of networks for the Centre area of France until 2017. More recently being head of Orange Service Management Center for IT, ensuring that the quality of service Orange provides is best in class.
