Kai-Uwe Demasius is cofounder and CTO of SEMRON GmbH, a Dresden-based AI accelerator startup. He is an expert in memcapacitive devices and 3D NAND technology. Kai-Uwe earned his PhD at the Max Planck Institute of Microstructure Physics in Halle under the supervision of Stuart Parkin. He studied electrical engineering at TU Dresden and spent six months at IBM Almaden Research Center working on spintronic devices.
