Currently, I lead the R&D, manufacturing, and QC labs at Procella Therapeutics, a company at the forefront of developing innovative stem cell therapies. My focus lies in ensuring our labs meet the highest standards. I oversee compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and best practices. I am also responsible for coordinating and overseeing the shipment of outgoing cells and materials, while managing supplier contracts to ensure efficient operations.
