In her current role as an Organizational Change Management (OCM) and change Communications Manager at a leading Pharmaceutical major in Basel, Amruta has played instrumental roles in various transformative programs, including digital transformations, lab process automation, and creating future laboratory landscapes. She specializes in developing and executing transformation communication strategies focused on effective stakeholder engagement, eventually helping drive employee adoption across these initiatives. In addition to change initiatives, Amruta has a robust background in facilitating workshops that foster psychological safety, team building, and change retrospectives, among other critical areas. Amruta is passionate about and has been actively involved in advancing D&I initiatives, particularly emphasizing neurodiversity and wellness by taking on pivotal roles in crafting effective communications to increase engagement in these crucial areas. Amruta lives in Basel with her husband. She spends much of her free time on visual storytelling through her brand, 'The Bohemian Storyteller,' traveling, curating, and hosting culture-based events.
