I am a research scientist and the head of protein expression and purification at SelekTx where we are investigating GPCR selektides. Selektides are constrained peptide scaffold biomolecules that are highly selective to individual GPCRs. I am investigating GLP-1R and CB2R specific selektides in digestive diseases with the aim of progressing towards novel therapeutic outcomes. My presentation will cover discovery, development and characterisation strategies.
