I graduated at the department of biochemistry at the Technical University of Darmstadt and did my phD in the field of antibody discovery and engineering in the working group of Prof. Harald Kolmar. I joined Merck in Darmstadt for a PostDoc project establishing microfluidic systems for antibody library generation and screening. Currently, I am working as a Senior Scientist developing high-throughput assays for functional screening of complex bispecific and multispecific molecules, as well as primary cell assays for detection of immunomodulatory effects.
