Eric Bandholz is the founder of Beardbrand, a men’s grooming company that focuses on beard care. He launched the business with co-founders Jeremy McGee and Lindsey Reinders after building a small community from his blogging efforts. Beardbrand has grown organically and rapidly due to a deep connection with their customers, flat operational business model, and the focus on execution over deliberation. Eric currently resides in Austin, TX with his wife and daughter.
