Emily is the Director of Dotcom Operations at Sephora, a prestige beauty retailer with over 360 stores in North America. In this position she is responsible for optimizing operations to drive cost savings and efficiencies and to improve the client experience with Sephora.com. Prior to joining Sephora, Emily was responsible for Direct to Consumer Operations at Bare Escentuals where she led the project team to launch the company’s first international ecommerce site in the UK. Previously, Emily managed inbound operations and supply chain analysis at Walmart.com. Emily holds a BS in Economics and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
