Zoe Molyneux is a Policy Lead at the Wellcome Trust, focused on the delivery of policy, research and advocacy activities to support Wellcome’s infectious disease strategic programme. This includes work to support global-level action on antimicrobial resistance and reforming the R&D ecosystem for the benefit of people affected by infectious disease. She joined Wellcome in January 2023 after five years working in the UK government, including overseeing the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office's (FCDO) core funding to the World Health Organisation and international development relationship. Before this she held senior policy roles at the UK Cabinet Office, Cancer Research UK and in the higher education sector. Zoe has an MSc in Social Policy from the London School of Economics and a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Manchester.
