Moussa Cisse has a First Professional Degree in Medicine from Gamal Abdel Nasser University of Guinea (West Africa) and a Master's in Public Administration (MPA) focusing on Community Health from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts (USA). Moussa is the Health Manager for the Child Development Council of Franklin County, Inc. (CDCFC) in Columbus, Ohio. Moussa has fifteen years of experience in Healthcare, with ten years in project oversight, grant management, health promotion programs, and strategic planning. He has an excellent record with proven skills in working to improve health outcomes of underserved populations, especially low-income children and families and individuals with substance use disorders (SUDs). He successfully meets and exceeds organizational goals within team-driven and self-guided roles.  Moussa moved to the United States in 2010, hoping to improve health services and infrastructure in his home country soon. In 2018, he conducted a study on cardiovascular health to identify System Factors Related to Cardiovascular Disease Prevention in Guinea-Conakry. The same year, he founded the Cardiovascular Health Initiative (CHI) to support local health providers in managing heart problems in his home country. Moussa has excellent admiration for education, leadership, and health promotion. His vision is to improve the health outcomes of populations in developing countries, especially in Guinea, through leadership, partnership, and collaboration.
