Muhammad Abu Bakr Siddique Raja is a senior satellite connectivity leader based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He serves as Director of Solutions Engineering and Service Management at First Tech Web Company, the OneWeb NEOM Joint Venture. Muhammad leads advanced LEO engineering programs across MENA, shaping NTN adoption for future ecosystems. He has been instrumental in Saudi Arabia’s first 5G cellular backhaul trial over LEO. His experience spans maritime, offshore energy, government and enterprise networks, unlocking NTN capability at scale. Muhammad specialises in architecture, capacity planning and operational models for next generation satellite networks. He works closely with global vendors and service providers to integrate LEO and terrestrial cores for seamless mobility. Muhammad is deeply engaged in cross-industry collaboration to expand global access through satellite broadband. He is committed to advancing a converged terrestrial plus non-terrestrial future enabling universal digital inclusion.
