Abdulhadi Alhassani is VP of Strategy and Business Development at ‎ARABSAT.‎ Mr. Alhassani has been with ARABSAT for over 28 years most of which was ‎spent in the engineering and operations side of the business. Over the years, ‎his mandate included restructuring, operating model optimization, satellite and ‎launcher procurement, contract negotiations, space insurance management ‎and corporate due diligence. Mr. Alhassani is known in the industry for his ‎advocacy for the peaceful and sustainable use of space. He was a featured ‎panelist at the recent UN Office for Outer Space Affairs COPOUS meetings in ‎Vienna. ‎ Abdulhadi is an alumnus of the University of Kansas (Class of ’95 BSc and ’97 ‎MS in Aerospace Engineering)‎
