Brian Potterill is Policy Director at Ofcom. Brian has worked in the telecoms sector for 35 years. He started his career at Hutchison and Orange when Orange first launched its mobile service in the UK and grew into other European markets. He then spent 15 years in PwC’s global telecoms strategy group advising operators and governments on strategy and regulation issues in more than 50 countries. Brian is part of the management team in Ofcom’s Network and Communications Group and is responsible for Ofcom’s work on mobile markets.
