Tom Kegode, Founder, Sparkshift

Culture leaders have an engagement problem, and the usual playbook is not fixing it. Tom Kegode works withe leaders and teams to build a better one. He is the founder of SparkShift, a future-of-work consultancy and coaching practice, and a speaker who helps leaders make sense of what is changing and decide where to act. His work sits across the Six Shifts shaping how organisations evolve, from Evolution Over Transformation to Co-creating an AI-enabled Culture. The through-line is co-creation: when teams build the work together, they own it, and that ownership is what makes engagement stick. Tom spent sixteen years on the human side of change across retail, fintech, financial services, civil service, education, charity and media, including leading culture change and comms at Lloyds Banking Group across a workforce of 65,000. He is an AoEC-qualified executive coach and a judge for the UK Company Culture Awards and Culture Pioneer Awards. He has spoken and hosted at Web Summit, the CIPD Festival of Work and the Mad World Leaders' Summit. Warm, sharp and quick to read a room, Tom leaves audiences with energy, clarity and a reason to move.
