Tom spent sixteen years on the human side of change across retail, fintech, financial services, civil service, education, charity and media, including leading culture change and comms at Lloyds Banking Group across a workforce of 65,000. He is an AoEC-qualified executive coach and a judge for the UK Company Culture Awards and Culture Pioneer Awards. He has spoken and hosted at Web Summit, the CIPD Festival of Work and the Mad World Leaders' Summit.
