As Head of Services at Blood Cancer UK, she leads the charity's direct services team to deliver inclusive, equitable and user-centred products and services and modernising organisational capabilities to better meet the needs of people affected by blood cancer. She is a passionate advocate for design thinking and collaborative ways of working, and has a strong track record of guiding organisations to use technology thoughtfully and effectively.
