Neil is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading successful initiatives that bridge the gap between business growth and societal impact. The Fair Chance Business Alliance (FCBA) has one mission: to transform workplaces so that giving people with criminal records a Fair Chance at employment and progression becomes business as usual for all UK employers.

Neil founded FCBA and his responsibilities include delivering it's strategic intent, enabling the membership value proposition and building out the Alliance to deploy collective employer action and solve one of the UK’s biggest challenges: removing barriers to employment for those often furthest from the workforce, which is good for communities and great for business. FCBAs ambitious campaign, Unite 1K, Changing Business for Good, has launched as a national, employer‑led campaign with a clear aspirations to mobilise 1,000 UK employers to embed fair chances through adoption of the Fair Chance Charter. Supported by leading brands such as Virgin, KPMG, Sodexo and Cook, as well as having strategic partners including Accenture, DWP, CITB, CIOB, HBF, REC, FEC, RBIJ and Clinks, the campaign will scale fair chances like never before.
