Natalie Ceeney CBE is Chair of The Connection Project. She has spent her career helping organisations navigate major transitions in public services, financial services and regulated industries, with a particular focus on ensuring that innovation delivers better outcomes for customers and citizens. Natalie is Founder and Chair of Cash Access UK, which is leading the rollout of Banking Hubs across the UK, and serves as a Non-Executive Director of Openreach and Spire Healthcare. Previous leadership roles include Chief Executive of the Financial Ombudsman Service, HM Courts & Tribunals Service and The National Archives. Through The Connection Project, Natalie works with industry, government and civil society organisations to explore how the UK can build a more inclusive digital society, ensuring that everyone can participate and thrive as essential services continue to evolve.
