Michaela Eschbach, CEO, Cambridge Wireless

Michaela Eschbach is the CEO of Cambridge Wireless (CW) and a recognised leader in the UK’s technology and innovation ecosystem. A seasoned founder and director, she has led both not‑for‑profit and commercial organisations through significant growth and transformation. She co‑founded Form the Future CIC, helping young people access career opportunities, and later served as Managing Director of Founders4Schools, where she strengthened the charity’s operational and strategic foundations. Her achievements have earned her notable recognition, including Cambridge’s Most Influential Businessperson (2017) and a place on the EU‑Startups Top 100 Most Influential Women in Startups and VC (2023). At Cambridge Wireless, Michaela is steering the organisation through an exciting period of industry change, championing collaboration and innovation across the UK tech landscape. CW is also delivering Cambridge Tech Week (15–19 September)—a global gathering of experts, investors, and innovators driving the future of technology.
