Laura is an experienced operator when it comes to disputes and consensual agreements between Operators and Site Providers. Representing Site Providers exclusively, she helps landlords, tenants and building owners of all types navigate the Electronic Communications Code, dealing with surveys, renewal, terminations and developments. As a barrister of 2006 call, with more than 10 years' experience in private practice as a real estate litigator, she is accustomed to handling complex, high-stakes disputes and getting best outcomes for her clients. She has written a column for Estates Gazette on the Electronic Communications Code since 2019, and as a member of the National Connectivity Alliance, is firmly rooted in the sector.
