Dr Kamel Hothi OBE is an award-winning international speaker, former Non-Executive Director, and strategic advisor, supporting over 300 global organisations on leadership, cultural transformation, and purpose-driven growth. Recognised among the UK’s top 100 most influential ethnic minority leaders, she built a distinguished 40-year banking career, becoming the UK’s first Asian Bank Manager and leading initiatives that advanced inclusion and systemic change across the sector. Honoured by Her Late Majesty The Queen with an OBE for services to diversity, Dr Hothi holds a portfolio of influential roles, including serving on the Lloyd’s of London ESG Committee. She is a founding advisor to The Queen Elizabeth II Commonwealth Trust, supporting young leaders across 56 countries, an Ambassador for the Alzheimer’s Society, and a Board Member at ImpactMatch. She also serves as Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at GoldenPoint Global, where she drives cross-border collaboration between the UK, Saudi Arabia, the United States, and India, with a focus on innovation, impact, and sustainable growth. Dr Hothi is passionate about helping individuals and organisations define their purpose and “north star”, and supports leaders in creating inclusive environments where people feel empowered to contribute, take ownership, and belong.
