Jonathan Stevenson‑Paul FRICS is Vice Chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Telecoms Board and a member of the UK Parliament’s All‑Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on UK Tech. He plays an active role in shaping professional standards, policy discussion and industry direction across the UK’s digital infrastructure sector. In his role as Estates Manager at Arqiva, Jonathan is responsible for national lease renewal strategy and the management of a complex portfolio of critical national infrastructure sites supporting the UK’s broadcast and telecoms networks. His work brings together commercial delivery, legal risk and operational resilience to ensure these assets remain secure, compliant and fit for the future. He has extensive expertise in the Electronic Communications Code and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, leading high‑value negotiations, supplier strategy and portfolio optimisation programmes.
