Craig Cheney is Managing Partner for Public Sector & Education at Cambridge Management Consulting. With over 25 years’ experience across public and private sectors, Craig previously served as Deputy Mayor of Bristol, where he led a £1.3bn budget and transformative projects including the award-winning City Leap decarbonisation partnership and the creation of Goram Homes. He has delivered over £120m in savings through service redesign and chaired the One City Economy Board to drive post-COVID recovery. A trusted advisor and strategist, Craig also works nationally through the LGA and is a director of the Bristol Old Vic Theatre and founder of the charity Period Friendly Places.
