Alex Blowers has been Director of Regulatory Affairs at CityFibre since 2018. Alex has had a varied career including spells working within Government, regulators and for telecoms companies, focusing on policy and regulation. He was Director of Ofcom’s first Telecoms Strategic Review in 2004-5 and Ofcom International Director from 2006-2011. Alex served as chair INCA, the Independent Networks Co-operative Association, between January 2021 and January 2023.
