Layer 9 is an AI Network Engineer agent capable of tackling senior (tier 2 / tier 3) technical issues 24/7 for ISPs, MSPs, and Data Centers. We sit within an organization’s collaboration platform and Network Operation Center (NOC) - autonomously provisioning, diagnosing, and repairing the network.
 
Our team consists of ex-network operators and applied machine learning experts, and our mission is simple: help networking operators grow their business, with fewer technical escalations, and let network engineering teams focus on the hard (fun!) stuff.
