Billy Wise has over 22 years’ experience in building networks for Broadband and SCADA. He has an Information Technology based education. He was the Chief Technical Officer for North Georgia Network (NGN). NGN was the First BTOP Stimulus project in the nation. He has supported hundreds of Electrical Cooperatives in their network needs. He has worked in outside plant engineering and network engineering. He has extensive experience with DWDM, MPLS, GPON, XGSPON, Fixed Wireless and Ethernet. He continues to design resilient networks that support data while working for Victoria Electric Cooperative.
