Solomon is Dillon Morgan Consulting's  Managing Director for ICT (Information Communications Technology).   Solomon is a 30 year practitioner of the telecommunications industry where he has held the position of CTO for SkyMax Network, a 5G FWA provider in Sub-Saharan Africa, provided technical and management consulting services to school districts deploying private cellular networks to bridge the digital divide during the panademic, and been the VP of Business Development for Ericsson's TV & Media Business. Solomon holds patents in:

• Quality of Service Enablement for OTT Applications;
• Providing Identity Correlation for Over The Top Services; and
• Methods of Emergency Media Alert Preemption (EMAP).

Solomon holds a M.S. degree in the Management of Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management, a B.S.E. degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania Moore School of Engineering.
