Megan has nearly 20 years of experience working in private and nonprofit organizations in the US, Canada, Australia, and Japan. She has worked in the education, technology, arts, and consumer product sectors throughout her career. Currently, she serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Compudopt, a national nonprofit organization that solves the digital divide. Under her leadership, Compudopt has grown from a $230,000 operating budget to over $36M, expanded from 1 location to 55+ cities and 22 states across the US, and increased service from 700 community members annually to over 250,000, all in just nine years. Megan holds a Master’s degree from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia and is a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum. She has been featured on the Today Show, CNN, and AP and was selected as a 2022 Houston Business Journal 40 under 40 honoree. Megan's organization is the largest nonprofit in the country, and it delivers a complete digital equity solution at no cost to community members.
