Josh Siddon VP, IT Architecture | MAA – Mid-America Apartment Communities Josh Siddon serves as Vice President of IT Architecture at MAA (Mid-America Apartment Communities), an S&P 500 multifamily REIT with more than 100,000 units across 16 states. In his role, Josh leads the architecture and modernization of MAA's enterprise technology platform, with a particular focus on managed Wi-Fi infrastructure, network design, and connected community solutions deployed at scale across MAA's portfolio. His work encompasses vendor strategy, network performance engineering, and the evaluation and adoption of emerging property technologies that drive operational efficiency and elevate the resident experience. Josh brings more than two decades of IT leadership experience spanning multifamily real estate, retail, and public sector organizations. Prior to his current role, he held executive technology positions at Fogelman Properties, Fred's Inc. (CIO & SVP), and Shelby County Schools (Memphis, TN). He is an active member of SIM (Society for Information Management), serves on the USF Cybersecurity Advisory Committee, and is a supporter of FIRST Robotics. Josh is based in the Memphis metropolitan area.
