Josh Loaiza is the Program Manager for Telecommunications Against Trafficking and Exploitation (TATE) at 3Strands Global Foundation, where he leads nationwide efforts to prevent and raise awareness about human trafficking. After starting his career in marketing and advertising, Josh found his true purpose in social impact work. He joined 3Strands in 2019, driven by a passion to create lasting change and protect vulnerable communities. Since then, Josh has contributed to delivering human trafficking prevention training to over 70,000 adults across the U.S. and Canada, partnering with schools, businesses, and industry leaders. He remains deeply committed to equipping individuals with the knowledge to recognize and respond to exploitation—believing that with the right tools, every person has the power to help end human trafficking.
