OFS Optics
John George has served with AT&T, Lucent Technologies and OFS for 40 years. OFS designs, develops, and manufactures optical fiber and fiber optic cable in the U.S. He has published on fiber optics in various forums, served on the Fiber Broadband Association’s Board of Directors for 8 years, and currently chairs the FBA's Technology Committee. John is located in the OFS optical fiber manufacturing facility in Norcross, GA. John has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master of Science in Engineering Administration from Virginia Tech, and holds 10 patents.
