Jessica's career spans leadership roles at eX2 Technology, Vivacity Infrastructure Group; Lit Communities/Lit Fiber; Project Delivery Associates, and NorthwestConneCT. As Chief Client Officer at Lit Fiber, she played a key role in guiding nationwide fiber network expansion and aligning efforts with local municipalities. Most recently, as Vice President of Business Development for the Northeast at eX2 Technology, Vivacity Infrastructure Group, she led strategic initiatives that strengthened the company's regional footprint and drove new growth. Jessica is also the President of TogetherNet Advisors LLC, a consultancy she founded to help broadband and infrastructure companies build strategic partnerships, drive business development, and scale market growth. With over a decade of experience in communications infrastructure, she brings a deep understanding of broadband expansion, community partnerships, and market development to every engagement. Jessica holds a Master's in Public Administration from Bernard Baruch College and is known for her community-first mindset, outreach expertise, and passion for delivering broadband solutions that enable economic and social advancement.
