Frank Martinez serves as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Connected Nation, a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation whose core mission is to improve lives by increasing access, adoption, and use of broadband and related technologies. Mr. Martinez leads Connected Nation’s engagement with Tribal Nations advising in the development, planning, and implementation of broadband and digital inclusion programs including current projects associated with BEAD, DEA, and TBCP grant programs. Prior to joining Connected Nation, Mr. Martinez spent over a decade in the private sector building public private partnerships in the technology industry and directing and leading digital inclusion programs and initiatives in emerging markets in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Mr. Martinez is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation (Diné) and originally from Window Rock, Arizona.
