Ed Wolff, a proven and seasoned executive leader with over 25 years of multifamily and technology expertise, currently serves as the President of Aerwave. Ed is responsible for driving revenue and retention, including strategic growth initiatives and go-to-market strategies. Aerwave is reimagining how properties connect by providing a seamless Wi-Fi network and simplifying the digital experience by transforming how people connect online. Prior to Aerwave, Ed was the President of LeaseLock where he oversaw Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, People Operations, Claims, Risk, and Insurance Operations. Under Ed's leadership, LeaseLock experienced exponential growth, surpassing $10 billion in insured leases, serving more than 150 clients representing 3M units. In addition to his strategic contributions, Ed has also played a key role in helping LeaseLock secure over $75 million in funding. LeaseLock’s global investors include: SoftBank Ventures Asia, Wildcat Ventures, Westerly Winds, Vertex Ventures US, Liberty Mutual Strategic Ventures, American Family Ventures, Mucker Capital, and Hivers & Strivers Investment Fund. Ed’s extensive career experience also includes a pivotal role as President of RealPage LeasingDesk Insurance, where he was responsible for Business Strategy, Product Development, Sales, Account Management, and Contact Center. Under his leadership, the division became the industry's leading provider of Renters Insurance, with a platform encompassing over 10 million units. Ed's professional background extends to several executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Cortland, Chief Administrative Officer at Pinnacle (now Cushman & Wakefield), as well as Place Properties (now Peakmade). Ed is a recognized industry influencer and thought leader. He regularly speaks at industry conferences, webinars, and podcasts on topics ranging from best practices, operations, industry trends, and market updates. His academic credentials include a Master of Science in Technology Management from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Hofstra University.
