David J. Malfara, Sr. is Chief Executive Officer of Big Bang Broadband LLC and a telecommunications executive, business and regulatory strategist, and broadband infrastructure advisor with more than 45 years of experience in network design, carrier operations, public-policy implementation, and litigation support.  He has founded, led, and advised competitive telecommunications and broadband carriers; designed and implemented broadband business and network strategies; prepared sworn regulatory testimony; authored and filed telecommunications tariffs; and served as an expert in complex federal litigation involving broadband, telecommunications and network-performance issues.  Through Big Bang Broadband, he helps broadband deployers, service providers, investors, and public-sector stakeholders evaluate deployment strategies, infrastructure readiness, regulatory obligations, capital efficiency, operational capability, and long-term network value.  His work focuses on aligning broadband infrastructure design with real-world service, performance, funding, and operational requirements that determine whether networks and operator business cases can succeed and be sustained long after construction is complete.
