I’m Dave Roy. I’m the Founder and CEO of CONSULTY USA LLC a Business and Technology Transformations Consulting Company based in the Dallas, Texas area in the United States, with a national and global focus on business & technology transformations, strategy & planning, assessments & audits, product architecture & design, product development & management, product engineering & testing, go-to-market & market expansions, operations and service implementation & deployment of current and emerging technologies in the Telecom, Tech and IT sector. I have over 30 years of experience in Product Development/Management, Business/Technology Transformations, Consulting and Public-Private Partnerships/Policy with Global OEMs, Telcos, Communications Service Providers (CSPs), Wireless Operators, Enterprise and Government customers, across most Telecom and Tech sectors, including infrastructure and applications in converged enterprise networks, public networks (including wireless, wireline, VoIP, Cable MSO, IP/Broadband networks), Public/Private/Hybrid Clouds, Semiconductors/chips, Devices & Platforms, Operations/Business Support Systems (O/BSS) and emerging technologies including AI, IoT, Smart Cities, Connected Things, 5G/6G, Edge Computing, Blockchains and more. I launched CONSULTY USA in 2017, based in Plano, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth Metro) and had launched its predecessor companies (Global-i Consulting & Global-i Group) based in Herndon, Virginia (Washington DC/Northern Virginia metro) from 2008 through 2016. CONSULTY USA continues the journey in providing Critical-Outcome-based-Consulting to help Achieve Project & Program goals of the largest & most Critical Projects primarily in the Telcom/Tech industry. CONSULTY USA  focuses on Project Success for critical product & service development & delivery of High-Value Telecom & IT projects ($1B+) across Infrastructure, Applications & Operations.
