Bo Gresham, VP of Strategy, Dycom Industries Bo Gresham is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy at Dycom (as of July 2023), a telecommunications company that specializes in all phases of telecommunication construction services. Bo began his career as a lineman with Ervin Cable Construction Inc (a Dycom subsidiary) in 1997, after finishing his service with the US Army. Throughout his 25+ year career at Ervin Cable, Bo has overseen thousands of network builds of all varieties in the telecom space. In his tenure, he has grown Ervin Cable from a small regional operation to one of the largest communications deployment companies in the country. Since Bo’s involvement he has played a major role in developing Ervin Cable into the company it is today - which currently sits at 1,800 employees, 70+ field offices, and services provided in almost every state in the US. In his role as Vice President at Dycom, Bo oversees many aspects of Dycom's operations—from managing the overall business to maintaining vital client relationships. Bo has played a major part in the overall ability to transition the company to keep in front of changing trends in the telecom space’s customer base, industry, and construction methods. Bo has been identified as an industry expert making presentations at the nation’s top telecommunications panels including functions represented by Fiber Broad Association, NRECA, Broadband Communities, and many more.
