Barney Pullam – Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Services Barney serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Services at Inland. He is responsible for evaluating, recommending and implementing programs that drive revenue and/or reduce expenses through efficiencies in operating processes. Barney overseas the teams that support revenue, energy management and sustainability, resident screening and collections, ancillary services and telecommunication for Inland’s multifamily portfolio. Throughout his career Barney has held various operating positions with both public REIT’s and private real estate firms. Prior to joining Inland, Barney served as Vice President of Business Process at Waterton Residential, overseeing revenue management, energy management, procurement and ancillary services for Waterton’s multifamily portfolio.
