Adam Moore is Group Vice President of Customer Operations and Product and Technology for Spectrum Community Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for customer service, customer experience, product and technology for our more than two million Spectrum Community Solutions customers. He joined the Spectrum Community Solutions team in 2019 and was first responsible for establishing our dedicated customer service organization, which creates a superior customer experience for property managers and residents. He began his tenure with Charter Communications (Spectrum) in 2009 and has held various leadership roles in product management, digital service, customer experience, and customer service throughout his career.
