XEGEN is specialized in exploitation of molecular biology data (NGS, qPCR, digital PCR, etc.).

We offer two complementary services:

🔹 Scientific consulting to support our customers' R&D. As part of these projects, we help define and implement analytical strategies to answer our customers' biological questions. This includes, where necessary, sequencing, data analysis and interpretation of results. Our aim is to offer contextualized, truly exploitable results that will enable our customers to make significant progress in their projects! In particular, we are able to analyze all “omics” data

🔹 Software development, to provide automated, standardized, customized and intuitive analysis solutions for molecular biology data. These solutions are developed for the production of analyses either for internal needs or to complement molecular biology analysis kits for data visualization and interpretation. In this case, our customers can offer bundles including reagents and associated software. Thanks to our ISO 13485 certification, we are able to offer solutions that comply with regulatory requirements, and we can assist our customers with the CE, FDA and other markings required for the development of DMDIVs
